Me Martine Chevalier
Founder of Cabinet Chevalier & Associates in 1995, Me Martine Chevalier has spent three decades building one of the most established business-law practices in Pétionville. Her background combines rigorous training at the Faculty of Law of the State University of Haiti with a Master's in International Business Law from the Sorbonne University.
She advises Haitian companies and international groups on every type of corporate transaction — formations, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements. Her practice has grown particularly close to foreign investors entering Haiti who need counsel that can hold international documentation standards while mastering the specifics of Haitian law.
Trilingual (Creole, French, English), she pleads regularly before Haitian commercial courts and represents firm clients in international arbitration.
